Pricing based on User Access Level

  • NZD$1+GST per day per user for users with access levels View User, Basic User and Basic User Plus (field workers)

  • NZD$2+GST per day per user for users with access levels TMP Designer, TMP Designer Plus, Operations User, Invoicing and Super Admin (office workers)

So as an example, for 10 field workers and 3 office workers for a 30 day month the cost would be:(10 users x $1 x 30 days) + (3 users x $2 x 30 days)= 300 + 180 = $480.00 (excluding GST)

Users are billed for the days they are "active" (i.e. not disabled and not deleted).

Invoicing

Working from the example above, your invoice would show a Quantity of:

  • 10 basic users x 30 days + 2 basic users x 5 days

  • 300 "user days" + 10 "user days" = 310 basic user days / 30 days = 10.33 basic user days (average per day over 30 days)

  • 3 office users x 30 days + 1 office user x 20 days

  • 90 "user days" + 20 "user days" = 110 office user days / 30 days = 3.66 office user days (average per day over 30 days)

And your invoice would show a Unit Price of $30.00 for basic users ($1/day) and $60.00 for office users ($2/day)Resulting in an invoice showing 10.33 basic user days (average) x $30 + 3.66 office user days (average) x $60 = $309.90 (basic users) + $219.60 (office users) = $529.50
